Tom Sansford, a dedicated private tutor based in York, recently reached out to me to help establish his online presence and develop a brand identity from the ground up. Tom’s mission was clear: to provide children and teenagers with a range of educational resources and support to improve their grades. His services included private 1:1 tuition, group sessions, 12-week masterclasses, revision courses, and homeschooling solutions.

Tom also saw the value in creating a strong brand package that would not only attract his target audience but also reflect his own personality and approach as a tutor.

To begin, we needed a brand identity that would resonate with Tom’s audience while showcasing his unique style as a tutor. I opted for a fun, colorful, and creative brand style that would appeal to students and parents alike. This choice wasn’t just about aesthetics; it was about creating an identity that would make the learning experience enjoyable and engaging.

The brand package was designed to not only look appealing but also to tell a story. It conveyed Tom’s passion for education, his dedication to helping students succeed, and his friendly and approachable demeanour as a tutor. It was about more than just branding; it was about crafting a brand personality that students and parents could connect with on a personal level.

Project Outcome

The outcome of this project was exceptionally positive. Tom finally had a platform that outlined his diverse range of services, pricing, and his journey and story as a tutor. The website served as an invaluable resource for students and parents, offering a clear path to Tom’s tutoring services.
